Partners & resellers

Grow with Mutero's reseller program

Help Zimbabwean businesses and consultants adopt Virtual Fiscal Devices, fiscal invoices, and FDMS-ready workflows — with recurring commission, enablement, and a product your clients keep.

Partner economics

Recurring commission. No partner fee.

Earn on durable Pro and Enterprise revenue — not one-off setup fees. Your book grows as clients renew and expand seats, devices, and integrations.

Commission

20%

Default share of net collected Pro & Enterprise subscription revenue — for as long as the client pays.

Partner fee

None

No reseller SKU. You join as a commission partner; buy Pro for your own firm only if you need VFDs yourself.

Custom rates

10–30%+

Strategic partners can negotiate rates. Self-referral, trials, and Starter never earn commission.

What you sell

One platform clients stay on after go-live.

Mutero replaces fragmented fiscalisation and tax tools with cloud VFDs, a Windows desktop agent, and filing workflows — so your deals retain instead of churning after implementation.

Full partner benefits

Virtual Fiscal Devices

Cloud VFD management — open/close fiscal days, issue signed receipts, stay in sync with ZIMRA FDMS.

Mutero Desktop

Windows agent for Excel, Sage Pastel, QuickBooks Desktop, Odoo, and related local connectors with offline queue.

Tax & compliance workspace

VAT, PAYE, and filing workflows so finance teams keep fiscalisation and tax in one place.

API credit packs

Prepaid Starter / Growth / Scale packs. One credit ≈ one API call (issue receipt, status check, fiscal day). Ideal when clients aren’t on a VFD subscription.

Who the program is for

Built for firms already close to ZIMRA work.

Accounting & tax firms

Serve many TINs from one workspace. Keep fiscal days, devices, and audit trails isolated per client business.

Software resellers & VARs

Attach Mutero to Pastel, QuickBooks, Odoo, Excel, and POS footprints you already sell in Zimbabwe.

Implementation partners

Run FDMS go-lives end-to-end — device registration, tax mapping, desktop connectors, and first-week support.

Integration partners

Buy prepaid API credits (1 credit = 1 VFD API call) to fiscalise client businesses over the API — separate from Pro/Enterprise invoice caps.

How it works

From application to recurring revenue.

Common questions

Before you apply.

Do I need to buy a Mutero subscription to be a partner?+

No. Resellers are commission partners, not a paid SKU. If your own firm needs fiscalisation, you can also buy Pro or Enterprise — that self-subscription never earns commission.

What subscriptions pay commission?+

Paid Pro and Enterprise collections after discounts. Trials, Starter, unpaid months, and self-referral are excluded.

How do deal registration and attribution work?+

You receive a referral code and partner portal. Register opportunities early so margin and ownership stay clear when the client converts.

Can I sell API access separately?+

Yes. Reseller and consultant accounts buy prepaid credit packs (Paynow). One credit = one authenticated VFD API request — typically one credit to issue a fiscal receipt; status checks and fiscal-day calls cost extra. Clients on Pro/Enterprise use their plan invoice quota instead of your credits.

Is one API credit the same as one transaction?+

Usually yes if your connector only calls “issue receipt” once per sale. Extra polls, views, or fiscal-day open/close each burn another credit. Pack size is API calls, not a separate “transactions” meter.
