A software fiscal device registered with ZIMRA FDMS. Mutero issues compliant fiscal invoices without a physical fiscal printer — ideal for branches, Excel, and accounting systems.
What happens after the 30-day Pro trial?+
You get a short grace period to pay. If you don’t, the account moves to free Starter forever (tax tools remain; VFD fiscalisation pauses until you subscribe to Pro or Enterprise).
Is Starter really free?+
Yes. Starter is free forever — tax tools and the AI assistant, no card required. The 30-day Pro trial is only when you choose Pro or Enterprise for VFD fiscalisation.
How do I pay in Zimbabwe?+
Online via Paynow (card, EcoCash, OneMoney). Prefer bank transfer? Start a request from Billing or contact sales — we activate manually once funds clear.
Can I cancel or get a refund?+
Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled case-by-case — see Terms or contact us.
